A highly durable, closed-cell, cross-linked foam specifically designed for use as a lightweight and sturdy, chemically resilient packaging solution. Suited for many industrial and commercial applications including Shock absorbing, Buoyancy aids, Thermal insulation, as well as Acoustic sound proofing. When utilized as a foam insert in an outer box, this product provides superior protection for your items. Additionally, it can be easily customized and cut to fit your specific requirements. The brief
With a wide range of packaging requirements, our customers are looking to source bespoke polyethylene packaging to fit inside existing shipping cartons whilst offering maximum level protection for high-value items.
More and more customers are also looking for eco-friendly reusable packaging solutions. Therefore packaging is required to withstand multiple reuses whilst minimising overall packaging costs and limiting breakages during storage and transit.
Specifically for customers supplying electronic components, the packaging is required to not drop even the smallest pieces of foam into their products.
The solution
Molygran offer expertise in selecting the correct specification of polyethylene.
